I should think you’ve got flu, there’s a lot of it about.

Take this prescription to the chemist’s and then go straight to bed.

I feel shivery and I’ve got a pain in my stomach.

How long have you had it?

The best part of a week.

By the sound of it, you’ve caught a chill.

What should I do?

I’ll give you something for it, and come to see you in a couple of days.

I keep feeling dizzy, and I’ve got a headache.

How long has this been going on?.

It came on yesterday.

I should say you’re generally run down.

What ought I to do?

It’s nothing serious, but you’d better stay in bed for a day or two.
